DME Aerosol LLC is the largest manufacturer of DME in Russia and оne of the largest manufacturers in Europe. The design capacity is 20,000 tons/year. The plant is located in Pervomaysky workers’ settlement (Tula region). Dimethyl ether (DME) is used as a propellant/solvent in production of polyurethane foams, as well as a foaming agent when producing extruded polystyrene foam (XPS). DME is a pressurized liquefied gas, colorless and odorless. The main parameters of the product quality: - DME content ≥ 99.99%; - water content ≤ 0.005%. For delivery, the company uses its own 20 and 30 ft stainless steel tank-containers. Part of the fleet is equipped with pumps and drain hoses. Due to its favorable geographical location, developed network of railways and highways, the company provides stable and timely deliveries of the product.
